Last New Year Holiday Run
What great winds we had today for our last day of the holiday season and a new start to 2009! Bring on more winds like this, we buggied from around 12 noon to sun down....

Indeed, it was a superb day! Lots of buggying, laugh in nice wind. We needed this, pretty much.
p.s. we'll need some more buggiers on the pics next time!

Just figured out how to look at all your great pics.
Great job. Were they taken on the tripod?
I'm curious about the row rope pulling the trailer. So, I'm not the only silly bugger at the ghaf when it comes to getting stuck with a 4X4. LOL

Dave - yep I managed to get the Landy stuck in the soft stuff behind the Ghaf, dunes side. I unhooked and got the Landy out but couldnt get it back to the trailer. Bolts and I hooked out line together, laid a line of planks to run the jockey wheel down and Wend drove the Landy.....I real team effort, my own fault, I had put some air in the tyres and didnt deflate enough before getting out....
